Tyrannical Mandates to Attend Events
I am so thrilled that you are touring and equally thrilled at the prospect of attending your event. I am torn over the decision to attend, as there have been tyrranical mandates in my area. I have to show vax proof to enter into the venue. I feel that I am in violation of my own morals (and I feel this is antithetical to your message, which consequently makes me feel like a hypocrite). What advice can you bestow in navigating this decision?
Facilitating Open Discussions
With such polarized opinions, and emotions running high, speaking freely has never felt more dangerous or more important. I have been wanting for some time to organize some sort of group, club, meetings, etc where the entire purpose is to encourage open discussion, and free dialogue, where the guidelines clearly state that before you speak to state your case, you must ask questions to ensure the other’s points are understood. I am interested in opening it to speakers (just regular people with something to say). I have a lot of different ideas about how something like this might be run, but am wondering if you have any advise? What logistic hurdles I might expect, etc. Thank you
