I was wondering whats your best advice or method to move forward as an adult with unsecured attachment. In protocolar anxious preoccupied attachment style. I have liked Metal and screamo music for a few years now, it started while working in kitchens and at the same time life was being made difficult by family drama beyond my control. So what is it about such an aggressive art form that appeals to people? Or perhaps allows people to feel a sense of comfort?
